Premium Shellfish Box is supplied from Fersk råvare (wild-caught). At Havøyet we fillet and pack all fish and seafood ourselves. It arrives from Domstein at the fish quay in Bergen and is driven out to you on ice the same day. We never accept produce we would not serve ourselves.
