Smoked Seafood Box is supplied from Røykt hos oss (wild-caught). At Havøyet we fillet and pack all fish and seafood ourselves. It arrives from Domstein at the fish quay in Bergen and is driven out to you on ice the same day. We never accept produce we would not serve ourselves.

The salmon trio: cold-smoked salmon, hot-smoked salmon with pepper and paprika, and cured salmon (gravlax), ready-sliced and ready to serve. Lemon and dill can be added, and you can adjust the quantities of each variety when you order.
Smoked and cured products keep longer than fresh fish, allow around 5 days in the fridge. Store the box chilled at 0 to 4 °C and leave the products in their packaging until they are ready to serve.
Perfect for a cold buffet, lunch, brunch and celebration breakfast. Serve with white bread or flatbread, scrambled eggs, soured cream and a slice of lemon, and you have a complete platter with no work in the kitchen.
You choose the number of people when ordering, from 2 to 6. Quantities scale automatically at 300 g of salmon per person, a generous portion for a full meal.
