Smoked Cod is supplied from Norge (wild-caught). At Havøyet we fillet and pack all fish and seafood ourselves. It arrives from Domstein at the fish quay in Bergen and is driven out to you on ice the same day. We never accept produce we would not serve ourselves.
Smoked Cod is from Havøyet's selection of smoked and cured seafood. These products are ready to serve, perfect for open sandwiches, tapas, starters or on the side. Smoked and cured products keep longer than fresh fish but should be stored chilled.
