King Crab is supplied from Norge (wild-caught). At Havøyet we fillet and pack all fish and seafood ourselves. It arrives from Domstein at the fish quay in Bergen and is driven out to you on ice the same day. We never accept produce we would not serve ourselves.
King Crab is part of Havøyet's shellfish selection: crab, lobster, prawns, blue mussels, scallops, oysters and langoustine from Norwegian waters. Fresh shellfish is best prepared the same day or the day after delivery for optimal taste and texture. Everything is delivered on ice to keep the cold chain intact.
